This home marks an important milestone for Rosegold Construction. It is our first custom home featured in the Lakeshore HBA Parade of Homes and represents the standard we are committed to delivering for every homeowner we serve. Set on a lot of less than half an acre, this 2,672 square foot residence was intentionally designed to make the most of every allowable square foot while still feeling open and comfortable. The footprint was carefully planned to complement the homeowner’s lifestyle, balancing indoor living with usable outdoor space. The main level features nine foot ceilings, an open kitchen and living area, and a two story dining space that fills the home with natural light and creates a sense of openness from the moment you walk in. The primary suite is located on the main floor to support long term living, while a practical mudroom and thoughtful storage solutions help keep daily routines organized and efficient. Upstairs, two vaulted bedrooms and a full bath are paired with an open loft that overlooks the living space below, creating connection between levels without sacrificing privacy. One of the most unique features of this home is the attached post-frame garage with eighteen foot wall height. This space was designed with flexibility in mind. It can serve as a workshop, expanded storage area, or recreational space. The vertical height also allows for future possibilities such as a mezzanine level, elevated storage platform, or even a future two story deck connection.
